Andenas Throw

The blanket throws I ordered were more beautiful than I expected. Gorgeously woven, soft and sublime. Really stunning.

I purchased multiple alpaca throw blankets to give as gifts. They arrived quickly. However I received the incorrect item (a cotton throw blanket). Since the time I have been in correspondence with customer service it has taken FIFTEEN days and I still have not received information for making a return and getting a replacement alpaca throw. If you’re lucky enough to get the correct items, you’ll like your product. But getting help for an exchange or return is very inefficient and frustrating.
