Since the day it arrived, the jumper showed white pilling, clearly visible in the attached picture. The fabric is also itchy around the neck, making it uncomfortable to wear.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to take the issue seriously and only offered a return option that would cost me €100 — nearly half the price of the garment itself.
For such a high-end brand, this level of quality and service is unacceptable. I would not recommend Sol Alpaca.
