I have purchased dense and extremely soft alpaca from Chile (blanket) soft soft and warm I wanted to buy alpaca clothing. So I purchased a number of item expecting the same a baby alpaca quality- when my clothing arrived it the fabric was not what I expected. It wasn’t as luxurious as I expected. Maybe it has to do with the fibers being processed for clothing? Not sure, I was just disappointed it wasn’t not soft like my baby alpaca blanket. I could buy these articles of clothing for less money at a thrift store- I want very satisfied as the cost did not match my expectations.

Problem: I ordered a Neck Vest in size L, but radomly the order was XS. I noticed that andwrote a mail 5 min. later, this mail war never answered. To send the wromg vest is too expensive, now what cam I do? Can you help me?
