Jacquard & Ribs Reversible Beanie

I recently purchased an alpaca beanie and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort. The material is incredibly soft—much softer than standard wool—and doesn’t cause any itchiness. It feels lightweight but still provides excellent warmth, even in cold, windy weather.

They claim that the beanie is made of baby alpaca. It feels rough and it made my skull itchy almost immediately. I tried to return the beanie: sent several emails to their customer service (they don't return just by the order number, they make you take pictures of your product and submit it), and no responses with return instructions.
