I absolutely LOVE this cardigan. After going to every Sol Alpaca in Peru we could reasonably get to in search of availability in my size, we went home empty handed. It showed as sold out online, but I took a chance and reached out to customer service. After several messages back and forth, they were able to locate the cardigan in my size at one of their stores, and went to great lengths to help me purchase the cardigan and get it sent to me. I am so grateful for their help and diligence and every time I wear it, I think of the journey this cardigan experienced to get to me and love it that much more.
