Oversize Sweater - Mocha And Bossa Nova Bisque

Not sure how to rate a product I never received. I ordered on the 12th and it still says that a label was created and sitting in Lima Peru. I emailed customer service a few days ago and have not gotten any response. I normally do not write reviews but my ordered never showed and they asked for a review before getting back to my customer service email. Sweatshirt looks super comfortable and hope it is still on the way for my mother.
